Refund Policy

At Vitality Health + Wellness, we are committed to providing expert, personalized care and high-quality services. Due to the nature of our practice, all payments are non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Consultation fees

• Vitamin injections

• Wellness packages

• Weight loss or hormone therapy programs

• Lab orders and custom protocols

Once a service is booked or rendered, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including missed appointments, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or changes in personal circumstances.

We understand that things come up — if you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Your understanding helps us honor the time and preparation our providers put into every visit.
