UPFRONT PRICING

  • Initial Consultation: $250

    • Includes a complete wellness panel drawn through LabCorp

    • Fully customized supplement plan decided by your lab results and needs based off of your initial physical exam and intake forms

    • Tailored-for-you custom meal plans for maximum benefit for you on your weight loss journey 

  • Monthly Follow-Up Visits: $75 

    • Includes medication refill​ with dosage adjustments

    • New monthly meal plan 

    • These visits are required for you to maintain your program, as refills are not included with initial medication

  • Medication Costs:

    • Paid separately by you, ordered directly through the pharmacy

    • Medications not including GLP-1s can be sent to your preferred pharmacy and can be paid for with your insurance.

    • Pricing for brand name GLP-1 medication ranges from $329-499/month depending on your dosage
